March 26 is Purple Day.

n

n

Each year, Epilepsy WA invites landmarks across Western Australia to shine purple in recognition of Purple Day, helping to raise awareness of epilepsy and show support for West Australians living with epilepsy, as well as remembering loved ones lost to the condition.

n

As part of Purple Lights 4 Epilepsy WA, a record 63 landmarks and venues across WA have pledged to illuminate purple on the evening of March 26, lighting up in support of our epilepsy community.

Please note, this is not a manned event.

n

The illuminated landmarks are best viewed once it is dark. We encourage our community to enjoy the Purple Lights in a safe and respectful manner.

n

While participating landmarks have kindly pledged their support, Epilepsy WA cannot guarantee that all locations will be able to illuminate as planned. Occasionally, factors outside of their control, such as the weather or technical or operational issues, may prevent lighting on the night.

n

Epilepsy WA is grateful for the continued support of our participating landmarks, whose involvement helps shine a light on epilepsy awareness across Western Australia.
